Walk-Away Noodles

Ingredients

32 oz. chicken broth

½ c. butter

1 t. salt

½ t. garlic powder

12 oz. extra wide noodles

Instructions

     In a large saucepan, bring broth, butter, salt, and garlic to a boil.

     Add noodles then boil, uncovered, for 5 minutes; stirring occasionally.

     Turn off heat, cover and let noodles sit for 15-25 minutes, or until broth is absorbed.  Stir once or twice for the first 5 minutes.

     Stir again just before serving.
