*I received this family recipe, from one of my students.
6 T. lime juice
1 T. fish sauce
2 T. soy sauce
¼ c. brown sugar
1 t. minced garlic
¼ t. red chili paste
1–2 T. warm water
Whisk all ingredients together.
Serve with egg rolls.
