Ingredients: 2# ground beef; ½# ground pork; 2 eggs; 1 c. breadcrumbs; small onion, finely chopped; ¼ t. pepper; 1 ¼ t. sage; 1 t. salt; ¼ t. nutmeg; ¼ t. all spice

Ingredients

2# ground beef

½# ground pork

2 eggs

1 c. breadcrumbs

small onion, finely chopped

¼ t. pepper

1 ¼ t. sage

1 t. salt

¼ t. nutmeg

¼ t. all spice

Instructions

Combine ingredients together until well mixed. Shape into 1” balls.

Brown in a skillet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
