Tangy Meatballs over Noodles

Ingredients

1 pkg. beef gravy

½ c. brown sugar

¼ c. cider vinegar

1 t. ground ginger

¼ t. cloves

1 pkg. (8 oz) egg noodles

½ pkg. (8 oz) prepared meatballs

 

Instructions

In a saucepan, mix and cook the beef gravy pkg. with 1 cup water, brown sugar, vinegar and spices.  Cook for 3 minutes.  Add the meatballs and heat through. 

Meanwhile cook the egg noodles as directed on the pkg. 

Serve the gravy/meatball mixture over the noodles.
