Taco Salad

Ingredients

Scale

1# ground beef or turkey

1 pkg. taco seasoning

1 head lettuce, or mixed greens

1 c. taco cheese, grated

4-5 black olives, sliced

green onions, sliced

1 tomato, diced

Thousand Island dressing

12 c. corn chips

Instructions

     In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink.  Follow directions on the taco seasoning package and simmer for 5 minutes. 

In a large bowl, combine the torn lettuce, black olives, onions, tomatoes, and beef mixture.  Add enough dressing to coat the salad and sprinkle with cheese, and corn chips.
