Taco Meatball Ring

Ingredients

16 meatballs

2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls

¼ head lettuce, shredded

1 c. grated cheese

1 tomato, chopped

4 green onions, sliced

¼ c. black olives, sliced

1 jalapeno pepper, sliced

sour cream

salsa

Instructions

     

Arrange crescent rolls on a greased 15” pizza pan, forming a ring with pointed ends facing the outer edge of the pan and wide ends overlapping.

     Place a meatball on each roll; fold point over meatball and tuck under wide end of roll (meatball will be visible).  Repeat. 

     Bake for 15 – 20 minutes at 375 degrees. 

     Place on serving platter.  Put salsa and sour cream in a small custard cup for the center of the ring. Sprinkle the ring with lettuce, olives, onions and cheese.
