1 pie crust
¾ # cooked Italian sausage
6 eggs
1 ½ c. half & half
½ c. green onions
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. spinach
3 dashes hot sauce
salt & pepper
12 oz. swiss cheese
Cook Italian sausage with mushrooms, set aside. Mix all ingredients and place on top of the pie crust on a pie plate.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes. Insert a knife in the center of the quiche, if it comes out clean it is done.
