Spinach Dip

Ingredients

1-2 c. fresh torn spinach            

2 c. (16oz.) sour cream

1 c. mayo                

1 pkg. Knorr’s veg. soup mix (dry)

 

Instructions

Mix ingredients together.  Chill and serve with crusty bread. 

To make a decorative bowl for the dip, hollow out an unsliced sourdough round bread.  Place the dip in the center of the bread, cube the bread taken out of the center.  Place around the dip bread bowl.
