1 c. olive oil
2/3 c. balsamic vinegar
1 t. minced garlic
1½ T. basil
1 T. oregano
1 t. thyme
1 ½ t. sea salt
¼ t. black pepper
In a bottle with a lid, mix all the ingredients together. Seal bottle and refrigerate mixture 8 hours, or overnight.
Shake well before serving. Store in the refrigerator. Serve with warm crusty bread.
