Spicy Asian Noodles

Ingredients

12 oz. spaghetti or noodles

½ c. soy sauce

1 T. sesame oil

4 T. rice vinegar

2 T. brown sugar

1 t. chili paste

1/3 c. cold water

1 T. corn starch

2 green onions, thinly sliced

 sesame seeds and peanuts, optional

Instructions

     Cook noodles according to the package.  Drain and set aside.

     In a large skillet whisk together soy sauce, oil, rice vinegar, sugar and chili paste and bring to a boil.

     In a small bowl whisk together the cold water and corn starch.  Stir into skillet and bring back to a boil then reduce to medium low heat.

     Stir noodles and green onions into the sauce.  Serve immediately.
