Smoky Bacon Wraps

1# bacon

1 pkg. (16 oz.) miniature cocktail smokies

1 c. brown sugar

Instructions

Cut each bacon strip in half.  Wrap one piece of bacon around each sausage.  Place on a foiled-lined 15x10x1” Jelly roll or baking pan.  Sprinkle with brown sugar. 

Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Notes

You can sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top before baking.
