Sausage with Apple & Sauerkraut

Ingredients

4-5 smoked precooked sausages, cut into 1” pieces       

1 onion, chopped

2 apples, peeled and chopped         

¼ c. brown sugar

1-1 ½ c. sauerkraut

1 t. caraway

½ t. salt   

Instructions

     Combine ingredients is a crock pot.  Cook on high for about 2 hours, or until apples are cooked.
