Salted Nut Roll

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts

1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips

3 T. butter

1 bag miniature marshmallows

1 can sweetened condensed milk

 

Instructions

     Grease 9×13″ pan.  Spread ½ jar of peanuts on bottom. 

     In a saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter chips.  Remove from heat and add sweetened condensed milk.  Fold in marshmallows.  Spread over peanuts in the pan. 

     Top with remaining peanuts and chill.  Cut into bars.
