Ingredients

6-7 roma tomatoes, diced

1 small onion, diced

1 small jalapeño pepper, minced

1 t. salt

juice from one lime

¼ c. cilantro, snipped

2 T. salsa pkt. mix

Instructions

     Place tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro in a chopper and chop into small pieces.

     Mix all ingredients together and chill.  Will stay fresh for about 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.
