Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

1 c. pumpkin

1 c. milk

1 c. sugar

3 eggs, slightly beaten

½ t. cinnamon

½ t. nutmeg

½ t. salt

 

 

 

Instructions

Heat (steam) ingredients together using a double boiler.  Cook until thickened.  Pour into an unbaked pie shell. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until the knife inserted in the pie comes out clean.
