Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

3# Pork Loin

1 c. ketchup 

1 c. chili sauce 

¼ c. Dijon mustard

3 T. cider vinegar

1 T. soy sauce

½ t. red pepper flakes

1 t. minced garlic

3 T. Worcestershire sauce

2 T. honey

Instructions

     Marinate pork with all the ingredients overnight. 

     Place pork and marinade in a slow cooker and add ¾ cup water.  Cook for about 6-8 hours on low. 

     Take the pork out and shred with a fork.  Place pork back into the marinade.  If the marinade is too thin add a little BBQ sauce.
