6 bacon strips
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
¼ c. oil
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 c. (4oz.) mozzarella or parmesan cheese
Cook bacon and crumble, set aside. Pull small pieces (about1”) of dough from the loaf and roll into a ball.
Combine the ranch dressing packet and oil. Dip the bread balls into the oil-ranch mixture to coat. Arrange pieces in an 8×10” pan, layering as needed. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about an hour or longer if needed.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, uncover, bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
