Pizza Dough

Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ c. flour             

1 t. salt                    

1 t. yeast or 1 pkg.

1 T. olive oil

6 T. lukewarm water

Instructions

Sift the flour and salt together in a bowl and stir in yeast.  Make a well in the center and pour in the oil and lukewarm water.  Stir well with a wooden spoon.  Knead for 5-10 minutes. 

Shape the dough into a ball, cover and let rise for 1 hour. 

Roll or shape into a pizza pan and top with desired sauce and ingredients. 

Place in a 425-degree oven for about 20 minutes.
