Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

1 pkg. white chocolate chips

¾ c. candy canes, crushed

Instructions

     Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time.  Make sure to stir in between microwave sessions.  Once melted, spread the mixture evenly on a lined cookie sheet.  Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top and press down. 

     Place cookie sheet in the refrigerator for 45 minutes to cool.  Break into pieces and store.
