Peach Upside Down Cake
Ingredients

4 T. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
4 T. margarine
¾ c. sugar
1 egg
1 ½ c. flour
½ t. salt
2 t. baking powder
½ c. milk and peach juice
1 large can sliced peaches
Instructions
Melt 4 T. margarine in the bottom of a pan. Add 1cup brown sugar, blend and spread evenly in bottom of pan. Arrange peaches over the surface of mixture.
Blend 4 T. margarine with sugar and egg, stir until creamy. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk or fruit juice.
Bake 50-60 minutes at 350-degrees. Turn upside down to serve.
