Cheese Ball
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. shredded cheese
1 T. olive oil
onion, grated
1 t. soy sauce
1 t. hot sauce
1 t. season salt
1 t. minced garlic
½ t. dry mustard
½ c. chopped nuts or bagel seasoning
Instructions
Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese until blended. Grate onion into mixture. Add all ingredients except nuts or bagel seasoning, mix well.
Shape into 1” mini balls or 1 large ball, roll in the chopped nuts or bagel seasoning. May also be shaped into a pumpkin.
Cover or place in a sealed baggie and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers.
