Lemon Bars

Ingredients
Crust:
½ c. butter
¼ c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
Mix as pie crust and pat in 8” pan. Bake 350 degrees 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Instructions
Filling:
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
½ T. baking powder
¼ t. salt
2 eggs beaten
2 T. lemon juice
grated lemon peel
Stir together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and pour over baked crust.
Return to oven 20- 25 minutes. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
