Ingredients

Scale

8 c. potatoes, riced

4 c. flour

½ c. cream

8 T. shortening (butter)

½ t. salt

1 T. sugar

Instructions

     Boil and rice potatoes.  Add butter, sugar, cream and salt.  Mix well and add flour and knead. 

     Shape into small round balls and chill.  Roll thin and round, in shape. 

     Bake 1-2 minutes on each side in an ungreased electric skillet at 425 degrees.  

     Refrigerate or freeze.  Serve with butter or jam and roll up.
