1 small whole wheel of brie
½ c. Kahlua
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Carefully slice the rind off the top of the Brie wheel, but do not remove. Bake the brie for 10-15 minutes. When the brie is done baking, the top can be easily removed.
While the brie is baking, in a medium saucepan, bring Kahlua and brown sugar to a boil and simmer 6-8 minutes. Add the pecans for the last 2 minutes.
Remove the brie from the oven, remove top and pour the Kahlua sauce over the brie.
Serve warm with crackers or sourdough bread.
