20-30 chicken wings
1 ½ sticks butter
¼ c. hot sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 t. balsamic vinegar
¼ t. cayenne pepper
2 T. chili Sauce
½ t. paprika
1 t. garlic salt
Melt butter, add hot sauce and spices. Place wings in a 9×13” pan. Pour butter mixture over wings.
Bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes. Turn wings and bake another 30-45 minutes. Pour off most of the excess juice and bake 10-20 more minutes or until crispy.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Wing tip: Wings can be cooked whole, but they’re easier to handle and eat if they are split first. First, remove the tip, then cut through the wing at the joint.
