Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
Scale
½ c. sugar
¼ c. cocoa
dash of salt
1/3 c. hot water
4 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
Instructions
Combine sugar, cocoa, salt, add water and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in milk, heat to serving temperature.
Remove, add vanilla.
