Hot Bacon Deli Baguette

Ingredients

1 French baguette

mayo or olive oil

deli meat

sliced cheese

minced garlic

mustard

5 slices bacon

optional: sliced onion, pepper, tomato

Instructions

     Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.  Spread each half with mayo and/or olive oil and mustard.  Sprinkle with minced garlic. 

     Place deli meat and cheese on one half.  Place the top on the other.  Slice the bacon in half.  Wrap the bacon over the top of the baguette.       

     Place on a jelly roll pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Slice and serve.
