Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 c. mayo     

3 T. Dijon mustard

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

½ c.  swiss cheese, grated

1 can (14oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 t. minced garlic

2 T. minced jalapenos – optional

1 T. hot sauce

parmesan/swiss cheese, and slivered almonds for the top of dip

 

 

Instructions

     Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix mayo, cream cheese, ½ cup  swiss cheese, and mustard until well blended.  Add artichoke hearts, garlic, jalapenos and hot sauce to the mixture. 

     Spoon into a 9” pie plate; and sprinkle with cheese and slivered almonds.

      Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.  Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
