6 pumpernickel or rye bread
3 slices swiss cheese
1/3 c. sauerkraut, drained
6 oz. corn beef deli meat or leftover corn beef
1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing or 1/3 c. mayo and 2 T. chili sauce
Spread 3 slices of bread with Thousand Island dressing. Top each with a slice of swiss cheese, 2 T. sauerkraut, thin slices of corn beef. Top with second bread, and butter both sides of sandwiches.
Grill on both sides till hot and cheese melts or broil open face.
