Gravy & Biscuits

Ingredients

1# Italian sausage or breakfast sausage

¼ c. butter

¼ c. flour

3 c. milk

1 ½ t. Old Bay seasoning

1 tube refrigerator biscuits

Instructions

     Brown sausage and break into small pieces.  Remove from pan and set aside. 

     Add butter to the same pan over medium heat.  Once the butter has melted add flour, stirring until fully incorporated.  Slowly pour milk, whisking constantly to break up any lumps.  Continue to whisk until gravy begins to thicken.  Add sausage back into the gravy.  Stir in Old Bay seasoning. 

     Serve over biscuits.
