Funeral Potatoes

 

*Favorite and served at many family gatherings. 

Ingredients

2# frozen hashbrowns  

1 can cream of chicken soup (I use cream of jalapeno soup)

2 c. sour cream 

½ c. melted butter

8 oz. grated cheese

1 t. onion powder

salt & pepper

 

2-3 c. Frosted Flakes

½ c. melted butter

 

Instructions

     Mix all ingredients except frosted Flakes and butter, in a 9×13” pan. 

     Mix Frosted Flakes with ½ c. melted butter, and place on top. 

     Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
