Fireball Whiskey Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Fireball Marinade and chicken wings

4# split chicken wings

1T. Fireball Whiskey

1T. brown sugar

1T. salt

1T. chili powder

1t. pepper

1t. garlic powder

1t. paprika

1t. cinnamon

Optional: red pepper

 

Fireball Whiskey Sauce

1c. brown sugar

¾ c. Fireball Whiskey

¾ c. ketchup

¼ c. apple cider vinegar

¼ c. Worcestershire sauce

1t. minced garlic

salt and pepper to taste

Optional: red pepper

 

 

Instructions

Chicken Wings

     Place the chicken wings into a large bowl or large plastic bag.  Add remaining ingredients (Fireball Whiskey through cinnamon).  Toss until evenly coated.  Marinate at least one hour in the fridge.

     Place the wings on a lined baking sheet.  Place in a 425-degree oven for 40-45 minutes, flip them halfway through cooking.  For extra crispy wings, turn the broiler on high for the last minute or 2 of cooking.

     Serve with Fireball Whiskey Sauce.

 

Fireball Whiskey Sauce

     Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then whisk over medium low heat for 10 minutes.
