Eggs Benedict

Ingredients

4 poached eggs

2 English muffins, split

4 deli ham slices

1 pkg. Hollandaise sauce

Instructions

     Drop eggs into simmering water for about 3 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to lift out of the water.  Place ham and egg on top of a toasted English muffin. 

     Prepare Hollandaise sauce as directed on pkg.  Pour on eggs.
