Ingredients
Egg Rolls
1# ground beef
½ onion, chopped
3 carrots, grated
½ cabbage, shredded
1 t. season salt
2 T. soy sauce
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add the onions, carrots and cabbage and spices and cook for 5 minutes. Roll in egg roll skins and fry in oil.
I use an electric frying pan at 350 degrees; 2-3 minutes per side.
Instructions
Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce
¼ c. peanut butter
¼ c. coconut milk
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. honey
1 T. lime juice
½ t. fresh ginger
½ t. minced garlic
¼ t. crushed red Flakes
In a microwaveable-safe bowl, stir together ingredients. Microwave on high for 1 ½ minutes, or until hot, stirring every 30 seconds. Serve warm with egg rolls.
