Creamy Italian Mushroom Noodles

Ingredients

4 oz. sliced mushrooms

8 oz. wide egg noodles 

¼ c. butter, softened

½ c. half & half

¼ c. grated parmesan cheese

2-3 T. cream cheese

1 packet dry Italian salad dressing

red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

     Sauté mushrooms in a small amount of butter.  Set aside.

     Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and place in a bowl.  Toss with the butter.

     Add remaining ingredients and mix well.  Serve immediately.  Sprinkle with red pepper flakes to taste.
