Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate      

2 T. butter                

2 c. powdered sugar

2-3 T. hot water

 

Instructions

Melt over a double boiler.  Use one pan over a pan of simmering water.  Take off heat and beat in powdered sugar alternately with hot water.  Use the water from the double boiler.  You will add about 2 cups powdered sugar and 2-3 T. hot water.  Add ingredients until desired consistency.
