3 c. cubed cooked or roastery chicken
1 c. red grapes, cut in half
¼ c. red onion, diced
¼ c. celery, diced
salt & pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 packet ranch dressing
¼ c. almonds, sliced
dash of hot sauce and lemon juice
Mix and chill all ingredients. Serve on croissants.
