Cheeseball Hand

Cheese ball recipe – found under the Cold Appetizers tab
6 oz. prosciutto
4 cheese sticks
Instructions
Prepare the cheese ball recipe ahead of time and refrigerate. I made it the day ahead and took it out a couple of hours before I made the hand.
Trace your hand on wax paper and cut it out. Place it on a serving plate. Form the cheese ball mixture to fit your hand and thumb. Place the cheese sticks to form the fingers.
Wrap the prosciutto around the hand and fingers.
