Carmel Sauce

Ingredients

1 c. melted butter

1 c. brown sugar

¼ – ½ c. corn syrup

1 c. half and half

    

Instructions

     Melt butter, mix in brown sugar and corn syrup, boil slowly for 15 minutes.  Add 1 cup half and half, and a pinch of salt and beat until cool. 

     Serve with Angel food cake.
