Caesar Salad

Ingredients

Dressing:            

½ c. olive oil  

2 T. lemon juice    

1-2 t. minced garlic

½ t. salt 

½ t. ground mustard

½ t. Worcestershire sauce

¼ t. pepper

 

Salad: 

4-6 c. torn romaine

1 c. fresh grated parmesan cheese

½ c. croutons

*optional – tomato wedges, Greek peppers, or other ingredients               

Instructions

     Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended. 

     Place romaine and croutons in a salad bowl.  Drizzle with the desired amount of dressing; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
