Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches – Slow Cooker

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 c. buffalo wing sauce, if chicken breasts are large, use a little more sauce.

½ pkg. dry ranch dressing mix

2 T. butter

6 hoagie rolls

Instructions

     Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker and pour buffalo wing sauce, and the ranch dressing mix over chicken.   Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.

            Once the chicken has cooked, add the butter, and shred the meat finely with 2 forks.

     Pile the meat onto rolls and place a little blue cheese or ranch dressing on top before serving.
