*Use any vegetables of your choice
1# mushrooms, whole
1 red/green peppers, sliced in large pieces
1-2 onions, cut into wedges
¼ c. water
¼ olive oil
1 packet ranch dressing (dry)
Blend water, oil, and ranch dressing packet together. Add the vegetables and marinate for 30 minutes.
Place vegetables on a broiler pan, brush with marinade. Broil for 8 minutes.
