Blueberry Torte

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:

17 graham crackers

1/3 c. butter, melted

2 T. sugar

     Mix ingredients together and pat into a 9×13” pan.  Refrigerate until ready to use.

 

Torte:

2 beaten eggs

½ c. sugar

½ t. vanilla

8 oz. softened cream cheese

 

Topping:

1 can blueberry pie filling

Whipped cream

 

Instructions

     Mix ingredients together until smooth.  Spread over crust. 

     Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.  When ready to serve cover with 1 can of blueberry pie mix. 

      Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
