Blue Cheese Pinwheel Puffs

Jim’s recipe

1 puff pastry sheet

½ c. blue cheese, crumbled

1 t. minced garlic

bagel seasoning – optional

Frank’s RedHot sauce – optional

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Roll pastry sheet flat. Sprinkle blue cheese, garlic, a few shakes of bagel seasoning and Red Hot sauce over the sheet. Roll the sheet lengthwise.

Cut into 1” slices and place on cookie sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
