Black Bottom Cupcakes

Ingredients

Scale

Cheese filling

8 oz. cream cheese

1 egg

¼ t. salt

6 oz. chocolate chips

 

Batter

1 c. sugar             

1 T. vinegar

½ t. salt                   

1 ½ c. flour

1 t. baking soda 

1/3 c. oil

¼ c. cocoa               

1 c. water

1 t. vanilla

Instructions

     Blend cheese filling ingredients together and set aside.

      Mix the batter ingredients together and put in a cupcake lined pan.  Place a heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture on top.  Optional; mix some nuts and sugar together and put on top of cheese mixture. 

     Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  I like to bake it for 20 minutes (about) as I like to put the cupcakes in the microwave before serving to melt the chocolate chips.
