Beer Cheese Sauce

Milwaukee Pretzel Company has the best pretzels. Bake and serve.

Ingredients

3 T. butter

2 T. flour

2/3 c. milk

2/3 c. beer

1 T. Dijon mustard

½ t. garlic powder, onion powder

½ t. smoked paprika

1 t. Worcestershire sauce

½ t. salt

6-8 oz. cheese, grated

splash of hot sauce

Instructions

    Melt butter on medium heat.  Wisk in flour and stir for 2 minutes. 

   Slowly add the milk, beer, and spices, continue stirring until it thickens.  Add cheese and stir until it is melted.

    Take off the heat and add the Worcestershire sauce.  Serve with Pretzels.

*If you don’t want a beer flavor, eliminate the beer, and increase the milk to 1 1/3 c.
