20 brats
1-2 cans of beer
1–2 onion, sliced
Instructions
Grill the brats the day before the 4th. Two hours before the picnic place brats, beer, and onions in a large kettle or Nesco and simmer on low. Do not cook too long as brats will get mushy. Recipe will need to be increased depending on the size of the crowd.
We have served up to 75-100 brats. Enjoy the food and the cribbage game.
