Asparagus over-roasted

Ingredients

2# thin asparagus spears, trimmed

olive oil             

¼ c. grated parmesan cheese           

1 t. minced garlic

season with salt & pepper

bagel seasoning, add to your taste

1 T. lemon juice

Instructions

     Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with foil.  Spread asparagus on foil.  Drizzle with oil, salt, pepper, garlic, bagel seasoning, and parmesan cheese; toss to coat. 

     Roast until tender, 12-15 minutes.  Sprinkle with lemon juice.
