        Asian Soup
*Matt’s favorite
Ingredients
2 cans chicken or beef broth
2 c. water
1 T. fish sauce
1 T soy sauce
1 t. chili paste
1 T. rice vinegar
1 t. minced garlic
2 T. fresh cilantro
1 t. minced ginger root
sliced mushrooms
*May add shrimp, wontons, noodles (orzo pasta) and egg
Instructions
Simmer the ingredients until very hot. Add the shrimp, noodles etc. and cook for another 2 minutes.
Crack the egg in a bowl and mix well. Add to the hot soup while stirring.
