Ingredients

Candy

35 saltine crackers

1 c. butter

1 c. brown sugar

10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Decorating

Eye candies

Candy corn

Reese’s pieces

Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and line saltines in rows.

Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.  Boil 2-3 minutes stirring constantly, until thick.

Pour the butter/brown sugar mixture over the saltines and spread with a rubber spatula.

Bake at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes, until browned and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the chocolate chips.

Let the chocolate chips sit for 5 minutes, then spread with a rubber spatula evenly across the saltines.

Top the Candy with whatever you want.  I used eye candies, Candy corn, Reese’s pieces, and sprinkles.

Place in the refrigerator until chocolate is hardened, or at least 1-2 hours.

Break into pieces and serve.  Store any leftovers in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator or freezer.
